The Scarbrough stakes at Doncaster today represents a big drop in grade for MOSS GILL and it looks a race he really should go and win. His third in the Nunthorpe behind Battaash was even more impressive considering he was well off the pace that day and was the only one to make serious progress towards the front two. After a disappointment in the Palace House stakes he seems to have put his career back on track and it’s no coincidence his two best runs have come at York, a speedy flat track. Doncaster is similar and for that reason I do believe he should be winning this today.
