Trainer Charlie Appleby says Pinatubo is in great shape ahead of the Prix du Moulin at ParisLongchamp on September 12.
The three-year-old returned to winning ways in July at Deauville after back-to-back placed finishes.
Pinatubo lost his unbeaten record at Newmarket to Kameko on June 6, before then losing to Palace Pier at Royal Ascot two weeks later.
Following his win in the Qatar Prix Jean Prat last time out, Appleby says his team are confident, and he believes conditions will be perfect come race day.
He told Sky Sports Racing: “After the Jean Prat, he had a nice little break and his preparation has gone well and we felt like from there it was on to the Prix du Moulin.
“His preparations have gone well, he worked nicely on Wednesday morning, and ground conditions hopefully look like they will be perfect this weekend and we’re looking forward to it along with checking out free bets ireland
“He is a very laid-back character; he knows when to switch it on. We took him over to the Limekilns (gallop) the other day, just for a change of scenery from Moulton Paddocks, where he will do most of his work.”
