I’m
hoping the consistent handicapper, BRINGITONBORIS,
can finally get his head in front today at Ayr. Keith Dalgleish’s charge has
caught my eye once or twice already this year and showed last time out at
Doncaster that he is probably a horse with a few poud in hand after finishing
fourth in a hot handicap. A repeat of that performance should see him go close
and it’s interesting that connections have reached for the cheekpieces. He
hasn’t looked particularly awkward but you could argue he isn’t always at his
strongest at the finish so the headgear may just eek out a little bit more.
