Nazeef has continued to enhance her growing reputation by earning a sixth successive win in the Tattersalls Falmouth Stakes.
The four-year-old was heavily fancied when going off in the six-strong Group 1 field and she lived up to expectations in poor conditions.
Jim Crowley steered the Duke of Cambridge Stakes scorer to glory for trainer John Gosden to edge out Billesdon Brook.
Crowley said: “She’s tough as nails and keeps improving with every run. She has a great will to win. She was caught a little flat-footed but she stayed on really well.”
It bodes well as connections hope to see Nazeef enjoy success at the Group 1 Sussex Stakes at Goodwood on July 29.
