Trainer Dermot Weld says Hazapour is in top shape for the Investec Derby at Epsom on Saturday.
The Derrinstown Derby Trial winner is considered a lively outsider for the big race this weekend and will be ridden by two-time Derby winner Frankie Dettori.

The jockey was on board for a pre-Derby work-out in Ireland on Tuesday and Weld confirmed both he and Dettori are happy with his preparation and state ahead of the Epsom showcase.
“Hazapour is in great form. Frankie Dettori came and rode him and I’m glad to say he was very pleased with him,” Weld said.
“It wasn’t that we did anything magical with him, we didn’t ask him to do anything spectacular. He’s an idle horse, a lazy colt, but Frankie was satisfied with him and I was very satisfied with him.
“He worked well and scoped clean. I looked at him as 12 o’clock (on Tuesday) and he was lying down asleep!
“Frankie just did what he wanted on him. It was a nice work out, he got a feel of him, and said he was a very balanced colt.”
