Aidan O’Brien says he has no concerns in jockey Ryan Moore taking his time to make his pick for Saturday’s Investec Derby at Epsom.
O’Brien has seven horses in contention for this weekend’s event and has pedigree in the race, having saddled five previous winners of the premier Classic.
With the much-fancied Cliffs Of Moher and six other runners available to Moore, O’Brien is happy to wait for his jockey to decide his ride for the highly-anticipated run at Epsom.
He told Sky Sports: “We’ve seven left in and they all seem to be well at the moment.
“The three from the Chester Vase are very strong possibles and the horse that won the Dee Stakes and the two from Leopardstown.
“Ryan doesn’t have to make up his mind until Thursday morning. We’ll go through all the horses and everything will be discussed. I wouldn’t say anything is written in stone yet.”
