Keeper Hill is set to run in the Neptune Investment Management Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham, trainer Warren Greatrex has confirmed.
The six-year-old has been in good form with three successive race wins, but is now poised to make the step up to a Grade One outing at Prestbury Park on Wednesday.
Greatrex said: “He runs in the Neptune.
“We looked at the race and the horse has improved a lot since his run at Huntingdon. I think he deserves his chance.
“If he puts it altogether in the race he will put in a good performance. I don’t think we have seen the best of him yet.
“He has schooled well and his work has been brilliant.”
