Frankel filly Queen Kindly is set for a low-key outing at Catterick on Wednesday before setting her sights higher later in the summer.
Queen Kindly kicked off her career at the North Yorkshire track back in June and romped home in a Novice Stakes before taking on a higher-class field at Royal Ascot.
Although third in the Group Three Albany Stakes under Jamie Spencer, the two-year-old was not far behind the winner, Brave Anna, and showed that she is ready to tackle better horses.
Much is expected of the daughter of the great Frankel and, with bigger fish to fry as the year progresses, Richard Fahey’s charge will be given a run-out in midweek.
“It’s just to give her some easy education,” said Bruce Raymond, racing manager to owner Jaber Abdullah. “We’ll get this race over tomorrow but I’d say, all being well, she’d go for the either the Princess Margaret or the Lowther next.”
