Success Days set for Munich comeback

is set to return to race action in Munich on November 1 in the Grosser Preis von Bayern.

The three-year-old enjoyed a strong first half of the season as he won his opening three races of 2015, but he picked up an injury during the at in June and is yet to make a competitive comeback.

Trainer Ken Condon has confirmed that the colt is set to return in Germany next month, although he admitted that his participation depends entirely on how soft the ground will be.

He said: “The ground is soft there at the moment, but they are forecast to have only one millimetre of rain in the next week or so. There are 16 left in at the moment and the next forfeit stage is on so a few more might come out. He will need ‘soft’ in the going description to run.”

The Robert Ng owned colt came through a racecourse gallop at Limerick unscathed earlier this month and Condon is pleased with the progress the horse has made following his injury lay-off.

He added: “He did a racecourse gallop at Limerick at their last meeting (October 10) and went very well. He’s on great terms with himself.”
