It was much more like it for BUCKHORN GEORGE last time out Exeter after a disappointing run the time before. He found only the effervescent Trans Express too strong at Exeter and probably wasn’t entirely suited the the 2m 2f trip that race was run over. He goes back up in trip at Wincanton today on heavy ground and I don’t envisage that being a problem as he ran his two best races in those conditions. Harry Cobden takes over the steering from the absent Robbie Power and he is obviously a very able replacement.
