The concluding race at Wetherby today looks an interesting novice hurdle and although the favourite looks the standout on form, I am willing to take him on. I have a lot of time for Heart Of A Lion for Alan King but after such a lay off, he may just need this first run back and at a bigger price BUZZ DE TURCOING looks a solid each way bet. His novice form of last year stands up well and he was unfortunate to bump into one or two very nice sorts. He bombed out on his last start but I think it’s interesting he runs back here in a novice when he looks to be on a handy mark.
If the favourite falters, I think this lad could be there to pick up the pieces, if not, then he is great each way value for a place anyway.
