DUBAI WELCOME was a big disappointment when tipped up in this column 39 days ago at Sandown but I’m hoping he shows his class at Kempton tonight. Saeed Bin Suroor’s horse has some top class form to his name which makes this rating of 83 look rather lenient but he does have questions to answer after a below par effort last time out. I’m taking a punt that he bounces back to his best here.
