Racing manager to owners Cheveley Park Stud, Chris Richardson, feels Persuasive has worked well in training and is ready for action.
The John Gosden-trained four-year-old is being lined up for the Group Two Lanwades Stud Stakes at the Curragh on Saturday, having finished runner-up in the Matron Stakes at Leopardstown on her final start last term.
Richardson has been impressed with Persuasive’s work behind the scenes and feels the runner will be in good shape for a crack at the Curragh.
He told Sky Sports: “I think she will probably go to Ireland for the Ridgewood Pearl (Lanwades Stud Stakes). That was the plan.
“She has wintered well and has now got terrific hind-quarters – let’s hope there is plenty of speed coming from them.
“We are very happy with her and she is good with herself. I watched her work and she moved very well.”
