Gavin Cromwell feels Jer’s Girl is looking in good shape and will go to the Cheltenham Festival after impressing at Leopardstown.
The five-year-old has struggled in races of late having failed to impress at both Punchestown and Leopardstown last year.
However, after a gallop at Leopardstown, Cromwell feels Jer’s Girl is looking fresh and in good shape, confirming she should now have a run in the highly-anticipated Cheltenham Festival later this month.
He said: “She worked in Leopardstown this morning and worked well, so we’re happy enough with where we are.
“We were a small bit disappointed with her last run, she was just a bit flat on the day.
“In fairness to the lads they’ve given her time, she had a few weeks off after that and seems very well in herself now.”
