I WAS never very good at Maths at school. I scraped through the O-level, as it was back in the 50s, but it never grabbed higher mind until now.
The secret, as bright sparks have put it in all sorts of other scenarios, is making the subject relevant to real life, not just an exam. In my case it’s become germane in two main areas, Cribbage and Placepots.
