I’m pretty sure PIKAR is very well handicapped off 125 so it’s interesting connections stick to the novice route first time out. Dan Skelton‘s charge had some hot form in novice hurdles last year without winning one but he definitely looks more than good enough to do so. A second season novice is always a danger in these races as their experience is often a big advantage. I think he might just be sharper than his rivals today and he therefore gets the vote today.
