I could be left with egg on my face today but sometimes you’ve got to think outside of the box. TYING THE KNOT has offered little so far this season but this son of Noble Mission could improve markedly this Autumn when encountering soft ground. His juvenile form isn’t all that bad and Alan King would always leave a bit to work on his juveniles so he would have been expected to be a lot better this season. The ground is on the softer side at Sandown this afternoon and I’m hoping that can bring about improvement along with a positive jockey booking I’m not sure he should be a 40/1 shot. Worth a punt each way anyway!
