I couldn’t quite believe HOLLY HARTINGO opened up at 7/2 for the 3.00 at Huntingdon this afternoon after her impressive debut win at Ludlow.
That form is rock solid and there was no fluke about her win.
Connections think plenty of her and a repeat of her Ludlow win will see her win this ordinary Mares Novice hurdle albeit under a penalty.

Venetia Williams is enjoying a fine season and I think she has a great chance of landing another big prize tomorrow afternoon.
GREEN BOOK has earned his chance to run in the Lanzarote Hurdle after two good wins at Haydock and Ludlow.
A mark of 130 less Ned Fox’s 10lb claim entices me and I just can’t envisage a situation where he doesn’t go close.
Ground, track and trip should all suit and based on his flat exploits he should still have some mileage in his current mark.
In the same race Evan Williams will be hoping his BOLD PLAN can pay off.
It looks to me as if this horse has been targeted at a race like this for some time as his mark has plummeted from 140 to 124 in a short space of time.
He certainly has the class to go close here and he could be interesting at a big price.
Later on the card at Kempton, the 3.15 looks an ideal opportunity for CARIBEAN BOY to get his head back in front.
He has found it hard since winning a good race at Newbury last season and was unfortunate to exit the race at the first fence last time out.
This represents a big step down in grade and he should really be going close.
Up at Warwick I think PARTY BUSINESS should take all the beating in the Leamingtom Spa novices hurdle.
Ian Williams charge has the form in the book to be favourite but at 3/1 he is currently second in the market.
I’m glad I snaffled some 11/2 earlier in the week as the race has cut up quite considerably.
The favourite hasn’t beat much and the same can be said of the remainder of his rivals so with that in mind I think the selection is the one to beat.
