Hi, with Cheltenham just round the corner & having had a winter break I will return to tipping on the first day of the festival.
Last year was a good one despite the issues related to Covid with the year ending 238 points in profit for a ROI of 12.3%. BetfairSP also saw good profits of 223 points
I had focussed 75% of my efforts on a range of races that have historically done well & the tactic paid off but on review if I had just focussed 100% on those areas the ROI would have risen to 22.3%. These areas are mainly flat turf handicaps, better quality NH racing & some AW handicaps. The continued focus on longer distance races also paid dividends
Just looking at these areas have brought a very good 24.8% ROI over 14 years. I will keep my focus on these areas this year
