A2,160-1 six timer is not a bad way to start a month, but it would have been even better if I could have backed six out of seven winners at my local track Ludlow.
I managed to sneak half a day off my “proper job” and headed down to the track and with many a good friend and relative in attendance – and the main aim was not to lose face in front of them.
