Alan Potts' horses will run at the three-day meeting at Cheltenham after Colin Tizzard received permission from his family.
The racing world was shocked on Tuesday when the Gold Cup-winning owner's death at the age of 80 was confirmed.
Many of his horses, such as Viconte Du Noyer, Finian's Oscar and Fox Norton were billed to run at Cheltenham once the Prestbury Park meeting gets underway on Friday.

It was speculated that the Potts' family may opt to withdraw their runners but Tizzard's son, retired jockey Joe, has confirmed his father has been given the go-ahead to continue with his plans.
He told the Guardian: “We can run them all, so we will. I spoke to Dad to tell him this one (White Moon at Exeter on Wednesday) had won and he said we've been given the all-clear to run the horses this weekend. So that's what we'll do.
“We'll certainly be running them because they've been planned out for this weekend.
“Alan was due to come to our place Thursday night and see the yard, then go to Cheltenham. It's a real shock that he's no longer with us.”
