Endless Time ready for York

The four-year-old will be looking for a four-timer on the Knavesmire but has only run once this year, winning the Group Two Lancashire Oaks at in July.

The daughter of Sea The Stars ended last season with victory in a Listed race at but was rested by trainer Charlie Appleby until re-emerging at Haydock.

The Godolphin filly looked in superb form to win her only race in 2016 but has a great chance to double that tally in North Yorkshire with William Buick now on board.

Godolphin chief executive John Ferguson feels Appleby has made the right choices with Endless Time who should be able to handle conditions this week.

“She is a filly that we've taken our time with,” he said. “She won a Listed race last year and Charlie has been very, very patient – her first race being the Lancashire Oaks on day.

“We gave her a good break after that, the was always the idea and we're delighted that she can take her chance.

“She's got good form on soft ground but she's also got good form on quick ground. She's flexible and she's very well. Charlie is very pleased with her.”
