WITH the hot, sunny summer finally here in thepast few days some of the grass gallops are now too firm to work the horses on. So, how good it is to have the watered gallops to use over on the Racecourse side of town. Even Sir Michael Stoute sent a couple over there to work on the easier ground, the master of Freemason Lodge is always looking to do what is best for his horses.
