MASTER CHEWY (139) was a real eyecatcher on his seasonal comeback at Ascot in early November.
Nigel Twiston-Davies’ seven-yearold had to cart top weight in a really competitive handicap and was only run out of things in the closing the stages. He was giving the best part of two stone to the horses that finished ahead of him and was less than four lengths behind the leader.
