Grand National: Gavin Cromwell’s thinking over options

Gavin Cromwell has saddled five runners in the Grand National to date, with Vanillier faring best when the two and a quarter length runner-up to Corach Rambler in 2023.
The Irish trainer has eight entries in 2025 including Inothewayurthinkin, vying for favouritism with last year’s winner I Am Maximus.
Cromwell said: “Inothewayurthinkin (11st 5lb) is on 160 which is the same as his mark in Ireland. I wouldn’t say he is a certain runner at this stage and we will look at other options for him, including the Bowl at Aintree. He will also get an entry in the Irish National as well.
