Trainer Eddie Lynam says he is targeting Friday's bet365's Fillies' Mile at Newmarket with his impressive runner Muirin.
A win at the Curragh on her racecourse debut back in August has caught the attention and went on to finish fourth in strong company in her following outing in the Moyglare Stud Stakes.
Lynam has been considering his options but has decided on an outing on Friday at Newmarket is the best option for his charge who will be looking for better ground later this week.
He said: “Muirin will go for the Fillies' Mile on Friday. I'd say the ground was too soft for all the fillies last time [in the Moyglare], but it was a good renewal of the race.
“She has been in good form since and will appreciate some better ground.”
