Ben`s Tips of The Day 9.11.20

It’s an interesting of today with three decent jumps cards across Great Britain. Today’s first selection runs at in the 2.48 and as I write this, the bookmakers have no idea how to price this race up as they have 5 within  a point of each other at the top of the market. STORM GODDESS is one of these battling it out at the top of the market after she put in a big run at last time. A strong staying mare may not be completely at home around this tight track but she looks very well in at the weights and the handicapper has only nudged her up a pound after that Cheltenham run. Tom Buckley takes off 7lb so she is actually running 7lb below the mark she ran on at Cheltenham so she must have an obvious chance.

BUTTERWICK BROOK is a speculative selection today but at 14/1 I couldn’t let him go unbacked on chase debut. He’s made to be a chaser and showed more than enough over hurdles to suggest this opening mark over fences should be well within his reach. It’s a hot little race with plenty of top form on show but at the weights I think this lad has a good chance.

Kempton 2.48 Storm Goddess

3.10 Butterwick Brook
