Of course, the start of May is all about the Guineas and there is also the York Dante Meeting and Chester May Meeting - but this year I thought we’d cover one of the later races, the Temple Stakes.
The Group 2 5f Haydock contest always attracts some of the fastest horses around with the speedy Battaash winning in 2018 and 2019 – this year it will be run on Saturday 24 May, so this gives the magazine more of a life span this month.
