The sponsorship is one of a number of events planned to help mark 40 years of providing VIP corporate hospitality at a range of major sporting and cultural events both in the UK and around the world.

Royal Ascot is a key event in the hospitality calendar and in June 2025 Eventmasters anticipate in excess of 3,500 guests will be in attendance, we have worked with Ascot Racecourse for all 40 years of trading and we expect records to be broken 2025 Eventmasters have a history of sponsorship within horse racing both Nationally and on a local level.

We have sponsored at Ascot Racecourse previously over a three year period at the Christmas meeting and have also sponsored at Doncaster, Kempton, Warwick, Windsor, Wolverhampton, Worcester, and York Racecourses.

Giving Back

The inclusiveness of the sport makes it such an important and popular part of the client entertaining services offered by the business and the ability to put something back is very important to us.

We have our own racing arm with a number of horses in training including Swinging London, Seasett, Mary, Den the Diva, and Party Business who gave us a wonderful day to remember at Aintree on Grand National Saturday back in 2022 winning the supporting handicap hurdle.

Royal Ascot Trials Day presented by Eventmasters features four specific trials for the Royal Meeting, including the Group 3 eventmasters.co.uk Commonwealth Cup Trial Stakes.

The race, has been won by the likes of Limato, Blue Point, Calyx and Rohaan in recent years and is often a key pointer to the Commonwealth Cup itself, run on the Friday of Royal Ascot.

Bradsell also finished third in the race in 2023 before going on to win the King Charles III Stakes.

The eventmasters.co.uk 40th Anniversary Paradise Stakes can also provide a stepping-stone to the Queen Anne Stakes with last year’s second and third, Docklands and Maljoom, filling the same spots in the Royal Ascot curtain-raiser.

Eventmasters will also sponsor the five furlong handicap on the card and the Manny Mercer Apprentice Handicap Stakes.
