The 1.05 at Warwick is a small but select field and it’s the sort of race I’m happy to take a punt on an unraced horse. Nicky Henderson trains the favourite who is unraced but at 1/2 she is definitely a no bet, whereas Dan Skelton‘s mare WEST BALBOA at 7/2 looks much tastier. Like the favourite she comes from the P2P field and although she didn’t win her point, she ran well to finish second. The Skelton yard are in great form at the moment and you’d like to think she will be tuned up for her debut at her local track so she rates a punt in what looks a three runner race on paper.
