IT may be the jumps season but next year’s Classics were on the agenda on November 1 as KAMEKO scorched home in the Futurity Stakes at Newcastle. The race was a wash-out at Doncaster and the all-weather venue stepped in to host the first ever British Group 1 on an artificial surface.
