Dynaste will miss this year's edition of the Cheltenham Festival and the rest of the season, trainer David Pipe has confirmed.
Dynaste, who won last year's Ryanair Chase, strained a hind leg in a race at Cheltenham last month and Pipe has now decided not to risk the nine-year-old next month.
“It's nothing serious but he's too good to risk and the chances are good for him to be back for a full season come next autumn,” Pipe told the Racing Post.
